In 1973, after Piara Gosal and his brother came to California they bought 40 acres of prunes to begin a small family farming operation. In under 5 years their success allowed them to expand to over 700 acres of prunes and peaches. Now, today, after more than 40 years of farming Piara and his son, Gurjit, operate the farm with over 1700 acres. They grow multiple commodities of mostly prunes, walnuts, almonds and pistachios. The Gosal family believes in providing the utmost care in the cultivation of their crops. Their quality and dependability has always been a foremost element in their business philosophy.
